About Truck Guy Upfitters
Who We Are (And Why We’re Here)
Look, nobody wakes up in the morning and says, "Gosh, I really hope I get to buy automotive accessories from a massive, soulless corporate chain with a call center in another hemisphere."
We started Truck Guy Upfitters because we were tired of cookie-cutter installs, poor quality work, terrible attitudes, and customer service reps who wouldn't know the difference between a winch and a hitch's ball mount if it bit them in the shin.
Operating straight out of our upstate outlet in Seneca, South Carolina, we’re a local, real-deal upfitting shop. We research, procure, service, and warranty the gear that turns factory-standard trucks into actual workhorses and off-road machines.
Our Shop Philosophy
Your Rig, Your Budget, Your Call
Look, if you insist on buying budget parts, we’ll still install them for you. We prefer working with heavy-duty gear, but at the end of the day, it's your truck and your wallet. Just know that whatever parts you choose, the craftsmanship putting them together will be top-tier.
We Actually Build Stuff
We aren't just dropshippers sitting behind a keyboard drinking lattes. We're in the shop with wrenches, custom wiring harnesses, solder, and heavy equipment getting our hands dirty every single day.
Unmatched Expertise and Service
At the end of the day, anyone can sell you a part or turn a wrench, but nobody does it like we do. Our deep technical know-how, attention to detail, and refusal to cut corners are what set us apart. Anything the big-box stores or franchise shops can do, we do—we just do it better, cleaner, and with actual pride in the work. With 40 years of experience by the owner, our fearless leader Guy, we have wisdom to share through our work.
In-Store Pickup > Box Delivery Disasters
We prefer doing things face-to-face. You buy the gear, come down to the shop in Seneca, pick it up (or let us install it), and leave knowing it was done right. No waiting around for a delivery driver to drop a 100-pound bumper onto your flowerbed.
Meet The Crew
Knows all. Be's all. He is the frontman, the Celebrity, the Commander, the Guy in Truck Guy.
Does stuff. We aren't really sure what, but he gets paid and magical things happen in the background. He is the Jester, The Clown, The Comedian. His rank is right below the Mascot.
The gal who makes us cohesive. She fields calls, pays the bills, sends the bills, makes sure that all of our Q's are dotted, crosses our eyes, and P's our T's. She is why we have any organization at all. She keeps us grounded and our egos in check... except for Chris.
The guy who leads the team down in the trenches on the front lines in the shop. Gremlin slayer. Boosts morale and reigns in his technicians when they start grabbing bigger and bigger hammers to put lighting on your truck.
The guy who swings hammers, runs drills, and dual-wields side grinders akimbo style. Actively attacks gremlins on sight. He goes weapons-free without being told... even when told not to. He gets stuff done. A master of all trades, a jack of none.
He's the guy who paints a masterpiece in the bed of your truck. A true artist. Master of sprayliner application. Also installs. He has an eye for detail and hands of robot precision. A true overthinker instead of just doing.
Responsibilities include barking at the delivery guy, supervising lift operations, and sleeping in the warmest spot on the concrete floor. Note: This job is now fulfilled by human employees, since the dogs don't like all of the loud noises and banging.
Was told he is not allowed to have one of these.
